Sake started as a sticker design with a color variant was sent as a thank you to Kickstarter backers from Drachtoberfest 1,2 (2018).

Back then, a friend asked if I was going to make it an official pin design and illustration at some point, and the answer was always yes. I didn't think it would take six years but here we are. The good news is, my skills with paints and pins have greatly increased since then so I could make Sake's upgraded look just fantastic in both versions.
