I figured it was time to establish what the Crux Omnimatrix is and the morph augment that makes strallows possible. So, this is a bit of a lore dump. Enjoy.

OVERVIEW OF THE CRUX OMNIMATRIX II

User Augments
Augments that affect the user themselves, such as enhancements and appearances.

Extrasensory
Allows users to augment their senses, enhancing vision, hearing, and other sensory perceptions to perceive details that are normally beyond human capability.

Observer
Allows the user to observe a location without being physically present. This is limited by areas of authority and distance and is very popular for spectator events.

Bioluminescence
An energy consuming augment that causes the skin of the user glow to illuminate the surroundings. The patterns are completely customizable.

Color Customization
The nanites in the omnimatrix have limited genetic manipulation abilities and can change skin tones, eye colors, and hair colors to a natural extent only.

Advanced genetic modifications are beyond the scope of this augment.

Crux Morpher
The Crux Morpher augment allows the user to manipulate their genetics at an advanced level, even completely shapeshifting into another form. The first form available is a chimera called a Strallow. Humans who transform into a Strallow are called morphs.

Natural Senses
The Strallow form provides the following improvements:
• Increased hearing.
• Larger olfactory capacity.
• Touch acuity, (the paw padding is sensitive).
