This is a what if and not a power of Mass Wolf’s. This version of her is semi feral intelligent but not capable of speech, think like Krypto the Super Dog. In this version she poses as just a regular wolf as the pet of Rex, yes it is a furry world but some furs can be feral. She’s the guard dog of the city crushing foes and she regularly and proudly displays her big butt as a warning to just try and commit a crime.
