For lack of a better name. I'm BAAAACK!!! Spring! Why is this pic a wee bit on the rude and crude side? Well... taken at dawn, low light, with the 90mm Meade telescope, f-stop of 13. That's why. Still... COLOR!

Had that one angle and one angle only of course. Wishes, etc, and one of them would be "mind-control over wildlife". "Just a little bit to the left please, good, hold it!" This is morning btw, 5:30 am, something like that.

Thanks. 2010 was a very dry year for pics and this winter was an absolute no-go. I'll be back at it full-time though what with those eagles. Got camouflage material to build a blind and going to be spending many mornings out there. Soo... ever had a job that started at 5:00 am? *lol*

A job that starts at 5am.... well there is a glacier fjord that we cruise through and I have to narrate our passage through it. We arrive there at....tada...5 AM. I know that early rising all too well....yuk

Who rises! Since I'm a night person going out at that time is more like just staying up a bit late. Noon becomes my midnight.

Never could tell the difference between crane, heron, bittern etc etc, and don't care much. Doesn't change how they look, right?
