Kivrur has a large Kobold following and the Kobolds Verto and Ravvis happen to be his favorite servants. Vetro is hugging the snout of Kivrur, overcome with devotion. Ravvis is making sure Kivrur does not have one spot of dirt on his beautiful scales. Kivrur soaks up the worship of his Kobold followers, who make sure he is not burdened with any task, letting Kivrur live a hedonistic lifestyle.

Kivrur had another day of surveying his territory, idly relaxing under the sun and of course, snacking on the locals. After a hard day like that, Kivrur needs his beauty sleep and he has his Kobold followers to make sure he is as comfortable as possible. Kivrur slips into a deep sleep, dreaming about other dragons and future meals. This is the most peaceful state a dragon can be in, besides when they are stuffed full of food. The internal workings of a dragon can be relaxing to Kivrur's Kobolds as they are in awe of the immense power of things like the great thump of his heartbeat, the rushing air going to fill his huge lungs and the relaxed purrs coming from his cavernous maw. Before Kivrur is about to awake it is usually preceded by a light rumble and growl of his stomach within his chubby belly and some drool pooling on his pillows in anticipation. Being surrounded by bite sized creatures and their delicious scent, Kivrur will usually awake to a light Kobold breakfast, providing him the energy to start the day. The Kobolds see it as a fitting end to their service, fueling the being they worship. I imagine Vetro and Ravvis probably want to continue worshipping Kivrur for a little longer, so they may want to get out of the way soon before they make the ultimate sacrifice.
