Wait! I have a theory. What if he has been caught and sentenced to all his limbs being cut off, and afterwards he's been put to The Limbless Club to work out the rest of his criminal records with (probably) the same people as him before losing their limbs too? That would make sense! But hey! That's just a theory - a Story Theory.
