I knew I should have posted my rant here too and not just on the DA version...
See, I designed her a long time ago during season one of MLP, before I or anybody else found out Mr. cakes full name was Carrot Cake (this image is well over a year old). Had I known that beforehand I would have given her a different name but since his name wasn't fully said until season 2, I didn't have any way of knowing. Now it's been with her so long I don't want to change it, just feels wrong to take her name away because Hasbro decided to use the same one for a character too. Besides, it doesn't really bother me that much that they have the same name, I mean, human names are repetitive and overused as all hell so it's kinda expected they'll be a few similar or exact same themes or names in pony OCs too. -shrug-

Oh it's okay, I'm not offended in the least, I've just told the story a bunch is all, lol. Like I said, my bad for not putting it here. I should've know better. :P
