Our attempt at making a hot (as in temperature) ice cream, that melts when cooled. Our hot ice cream, served up in a little dish. By itself, the base isn't all that great on flavour (warm cream cheese...yeah), but we made a large batch, so we'll be playing with this some more and a rack full of spices.
