Dang Bubblun, how am I supposed to cute shrink you when you already are the absolute epitome of the chibi style. You're pretty much exactly perfect how I like it already... can one get any more of something than the ideal???
Oh well, might as well add another theme to the "take it too far" list.
I have used the poison or mini mushrooms before to show this type of shrinking. Here I just wanted to make a personal universe tea octive himself can make as a herbalist to have the effect instead, and the effect isn't inconsistent like the poison of the shrooms in those games can be. This tea definitely chibis you in any amount of consumption, and you might even micro shrink further if you keep chugging.
