1) gorgeous i love these
2) honestly. honestly. i think we can consider houses furry if we are working under the broader modernist postfurry scope that is slowly becoming the predominant furry culture, largely thru the intersection of the hyperreal and surrealist art movements + pop culture that have seeped into mainstream. have actually been thinking a lot about this-- the anthropomorphization of Environment that i really saw explode during the start of the pandemic, when a lot of people were at home more than they were used to previously. there were explorations of the House as reflection of the human body taking off just prior (i remember how much kitty horrorshow's Anatomy knocked me completely on my ass, and still does), but i swear ive seen a lot of wider furry culture get considerably more postmodern in the wake of the 2020s as well. culturally, i think we are past the idea of "furry" as "Funny Animal" the way it used to be. i think furry is becoming a wider art movement about humanity outside the human body, and architecture is another way to explore this. sorry if you didnt actually want an answer. the thing is its a fun question
