A Mobian Summer 2024: Summer Rouge
This will be the last Mobian I use for the summer stuff for this year. Next year it'll pick up where it left off. Haven't had the time to keep going and finish the rest cause of life and no motivation to keep adding more Mobian characters.
This version of Rouge seems to only appear during the summer season. When the guys (or girls) get a view of Rouge from a distance or up close, recognize the expensive perfume she wears and flaunts her feminine nd seductive wiles at the beach they'll know it's Summer Rouge. Able to attract and simpify anyone at the beach that she pleases, ready for a chance to be near her as long as she's there.
