Now we see how far off the deep end Meri has gone in trying to replace Fleet for me. It's getting to the point that she's pretty much bullying others to go her way, even growling like the demoness she is as a threat to get everyone in line. That standard Fleet pose in the end isn't really fooling anyone here about how "calm" she is now.

I guess in a way, I kinda always wanted to make a joke regarding Fleet's normal pose/look and that if you put it in a different circumstance like in this comic, it could come off as unnerving in that you could never figure out what's going in her head if you stare at it too long. It kinda helps in the yandere-ness of Meri too after showing that she angry for a second before flipping back a standard smile like nothing happened. But you still can't tell if she's actually happy or thinking of horrible things now after that moment.

Demons like Succubi and Incubi don't really growl that much all the time especially when their home is similar to ours, so it's always surprising whenever one does and usually a sign that whoever's growling is going to hurt someone really bad or about to fight someone. Because that growl came from someone supposedly not known for her anger makes it all the more telling that something is really off. A demonic growl is almost as similar to what people imagine a dragon's growl should be or a mix of a T-Rex's and dragon's, so it really shouldn't be the kind of sound you would hear from a cute fox character like Fleet or a sweet Succubus like Meri.

With Incubus Slade's impression of Meri being the not so crazy character after the overly flirtatious Leader being broken, it kinda makes sense that he would quit the whole Furry thing together after this event. As most Succubi and Incubi are only joining Leader in her escapades to see what the whole thing was about or if it was as good as the rumors say they were. Incidents like this one are usually moments that most normal demons would quit at this point.

This cave is actually a random one in Hell somewhere that sometimes do have these river-like lavas flowing through them which actually resemble some actual volcano caves in real life from time to time. Sometimes these kinds of similarities are sometimes responsible for some humans losing their way into Hell sometimes. Usually there's a bit of a spell or illusion that makes it so that the human in question won't end up in Hell by accident, but sometimes accidents happen anyway. Most demons are on orders to kill any wandering human that trespasses in their realm, but if they are clever and the human isn't in Hell on purpose, they could just lead them back to the Living World. But if they are here on purpose, well then they must contend with demons that can growl like Meri or worse that definitely won't mind letting such intrusive humans stay there with them.

Still a cave is still just a place that anyone can use for whatever they want. Especially for larping like an adventure quest for fantasy anthro characters.
