Ever since the Human-Covenant War ended, Alec was promoted to Sargent Major, and tasked with helping train new spartan recruits. Her opinion of the new recruits is often low as she sees all the former ODSTs to be arrogant children who need an attitude adjustment before they can dawn their armor. An opinion that is even truer toward her only daughter. Which, to her frustration, is one of the recruits she has been recently tasked to train.
