I wanted to do something in-stream for Lugia Day that was different. We get a lot of "lugia relaxing" and "lugia doing something" but not many of "lugia at work." Because it is a Lugia Day piece, I wanted to make sure it was released on Lugia Day as well rather than being a patreon preview like my other art.

While a lugia's job is to maintain the winds and the currents, its role as guardian includes many responsibilities. In modern times, keeping the sea clean and safe for those in their domain is difficult, so teaming up with caring humans is necessary to work effectively. It is clear, however, that this lugia is not very happy with the idea of needing to clean up trash in the first place.
