This Furfrou Debutant Cut Pokemon has a few unique features that set's her apart from other Debutant. She has a longer wispy tufts on her knees and tail for starters. But her key feature is that she has semi-heart stacked heart shape fluff on her ears and her bow is similar. It is possible she had a Heart cut when she was younger and just wanted to include it once she grew up.
