Mila is a Pachirisu agent of Russian origin working in international operations. Acclimated to the colder weather of her homeland, she typically stays abroad during the summer for better weather, while returning to the Bureau to report on her assignments and investigations during the winter. Her demeanor is typically cold and dismissive, as she has been burned a few too many times; this mannerism also serves a tactical purpose of limiting how much she is questioned, and in the circumstances people stop her it lets her get a good read on them. For those who have earned her trust, however, she is very sweet, and becomes significantly more lively.

Garnet is Restrik-Tek’s Persian CEO. Outgoing and personable, confident in her position as a leader of a major company. She actively worked on the creation of restriction technology, employed for practical convenience, visual appearance, and nonlethal incapacitation. The restriction technology can be calibrated for height, weight, and muscular strength; it is applied either as a wristband, or a skin patch for more immediate but temporary results. She has excellent insight into the intentions of people, a skill she leverages to avoid bad business deals and in interviewing new hires which she prefers to handle personally through specialized tests of trust.
