Not so much a photomanip, just a photo from google images and slap on some effects until it looks painted-ish

Well air is supposedly lighter than flesh right? So yeah I think so :b
Or if you mean that there's less mass and such it's just because I can't really draw non-skinny things very well :/
Also I didn't know this character was female, am I doing it wrong?
