It's hard to tell in this picture here, but the tie, kerchief, and eyes are done with a sparkly watercolour.

Those highlights actually took a while, haha...not to actually draw IN, but because my gell pen dried up, and it literally took me days to get back into town and grab a paint pen.
(Sucks when you're looking for one, too. Some work, some don't, so you're forced to buy like.. three different kinds and hope that you find a good one whenever they stop selling the old kind.)
