Working in customer service is a challenge, especially with so many people asking you questions from every angle and people demanding so much. I've been in the retail industry for 15+ years, and I've learned over the years from my work to be patient with everyone. I have patience for my customers; I wish they had the patience for me.
TC has several things in common with me. He works in the retail world, he's a lefty, he's blind without his glasses, and he's been living with autism for 30+ years (hence the infinity pin on his outfit). Also, Michael is TC's legal first name; he goes by Tigercat in most situations and uses Michael for work and business purposes.
