Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter

1 cup Sugar

4 Bananas

2 Eggs beaten

1 1/2 Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 cup Brown Sugar to sprinkle on top of muffins)


Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray 2 muffin pans with Cooking Spray.

3. Combine butter, sugar, bananas (mashed), and eggs in medium size bowl. Mix well.

4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Mix well.

5. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add vanilla.

6. Pour mixture into muffin pans.

7. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of muffins.

8. Cook for about 35-45 minutes.
