Frost is another one of Team Justice's most reliable members. She's mischievous, devious, occasionally manipulative, and sees herself as an alluring Pokémon. Though she lacks fierce power and sheer endurance, she's incredibly speedy and evasive in battle. She may be arguably the weakest member of Team Justice, but she is far from a weak fighter.

Origins:
A Weavile treasure huntress named Frost had explored the Desert Region in search of a very valuable treasure. Despite the odds of reaching the end being stacked against her, Frost manages to get quite far...but inevitably finds herself overwhelmed by the strong Pokémon and intense heat. Before fainting, Frost manages to send a rescue request to be saved. Before long, Team Justice (more specifically, Phoenix, Blade, and Jenny) manage to find and help Frost regain strength.

Frost immediately recognizes Phoenix...and immediately begins to mess with him, primarily because of his height in comparison to her. Once Frost stopped teasing Phoenix, she had told Team Justice that there was treasure at the end of the dungeon, and for helping her, she would lead them to the treasure. Keeping that promise, Team Justice reached the end of the dungeon and found amazing treasure! Enough to share among the entire team!

Impressed by Team Justice's feats, Frost asked to join them in the hopes that they could lead her to more treasure. Even if Phoenix wasn't completely okay with Frost joining him after their very memorable meeting, he accepted her offer and believed that her skills as a treasure hunter could bring a lot to Team Justice.
