This model. I find Moleskine to be too expensive for everyday use; it is my travel sketchbook. The paper is nice and thick, though.

Hmm, as well as that, you could make it more ritualistic, like drinking is - and use pipes or cigars instead, which are less of an unhygienic habit and more of a romantic thing like brandy or wine tasting. Bears and pipes tend to go very well, I think, so that's what your bears here were for!
