They do whatever they can to make sure everyone is happy and accommodated for. There isn’t much for them to do nowadays so they mostly check in with the bosses of the official monster jobs and also look at requests sent in by other monsters to try to make the good monster world even better than it already is. Journey also has extraordinary shapeshifting abilities. They have taken on multiple forms in the past and sometimes switch up their current appearance from time to time.
