Patchy is an imaginary friend made out of her creators favorite plush toys. She’s currently the monster in charge of the rank changing job. She makes her rounds to check to see which bad monsters have changed their ways and are ready to live with the rest of the good monsters. Just being in her presence alone is very soothing, even putting the most rambunctious and non-cooperative monsters at ease. She’s also able to tell if a monster is being truthful or not so monsters with bad intentions aren’t set free by mistake.
