Octavia was created as a scrapped mascot design for a library. Now this wonderful lady has one of the most important jobs ever. She is the main monster in charge of the documentation job. Despite her old looks, she is one of the hardest workers in the documentation department. She often works on records for 4 monsters at a time thanks to her additional arms.
