Oh hey, don't mind me; I'm just lost in thought right now... What do you mean I'm excitedly smiling?

Alright, my bad for getting distracted; you see, there's a traveling circus in our city for a few days or so, and some of the participants had health problems so they're low on staff and looking for temporary replacement. The roles they want to fill aren't anything super demanding or dangerous, and they're paying for meals too, but I'm not sure if I'm up for it; well, okay, I'm really interested and probably won't get another opportunity like this, but... what if people laugh at me? I-I mean, I guess, sure, it's part of the event, and I know they're not being rude and all, plus I won't deny that it could be really nice to let myself go for a bit; would give me a chance to make use of my theatre arts minor too. Am I nervous? Kind of, but, well-

You know what, heck it, I can at least walk up and see what roles there are, and I'm sure I can do something! No harm in at least trying, right?
