An outcast of a gnoll tribe, Amara was cast out at a young age for failing an unreasonable rite of passage, set up because they had too many heirs. Deliberately breaking her legs, her tribesfolk left her to die, but to her fortune, an olm dragon found her, and saw to bond with her, the two becoming fast friends. Traveling together, they forged a connection, and Amara would name the olm Iniku.
