The Hummingbird Warrior
My barbering teacher lost someone very close, and commissioned something she could frame. She asked for something of a hummingbird-butterfly-creature, and otherwise gave me a ton of creative freedom. The person who passed on had a close association with hummingbirds, which feels fitting, given hummingbirds are associated with warrior spirits in some places. And from what I hear, this person was very much a fierce and loving person, something they imparted to my wonderful teacher.
The hummingbird warrior is a fierce defender of the garden, eager to protect the flowers he feeds from. He will spear you with his sewing needle swords without hesitation. He is also very small and cute and hates how adorable he looks.
