Yeah! Acrylic bonds to fabric, so its really good for areas that won't be bending too munch (it can form cracks on those areas if painted and moved a lot). My only note would be you want to water it down just the smallest amount, no water and it won't flow/paint on the fabric just skip, too much and it'll bleed out into the surrounding area, so just have a scrap piece of felt or other fabric to test your mix on before going in.
