Doctor Boleros, The Usurper King, Aeon of Death
Gender: Male
Background: Boleros is one of the high ranking Aeons of the Alchemy Cult, heads of a particular branch of alchemical research. For Boleros his specialty is Death; Ways to do death, and ways to undo death...at least he is studying, results....varied. Dr. Bhaal's machine invokes temporary death but only so briefly that it's still possible to resuscitate a body. Boleros wants to know more along the lines of if it's possible to put life into a body that has been rendered fully dead and stayed that way for some time. He learned to puppet bodies of dragons with electricity to stimulate their muscles, a fun trick but not exactly what he's going for.
Rather than working full time on his grim experiments, Boleros was assigned to a special mission, to infiltrate a kingdom in the northern region and usurping the position of king. It was easy enough for him to get dragons on his side since their former king had fallen out of favor, but they were hardly prepared for the kind of evil Boleros was going to bring turning a whole kingdom into a resource pool for more experiments, but taking over an entire kingdom would serve another purpose for the Alchemists in the future...
Personality: Boleros is calm, confident, and even charming, rarely ever brought to anger or fear in order to suggest he has absolute control in any arising situation, even walking up to enemies unguarded just to show them how little he thinks of them. He's good at playing to a crowd, making himself appear larger than life, and winning Dragons over to his side.
Boleros also has a sadistic fixation on death, no doubt why he became the Aeon of Death. He enjoys killing but he doesn't make it so simple as to make it quick and efficient, he wants to study it after all so he tends to drag it out as slow and painfully as possible and will then deny subjects the release from pain by revitalizing them to see how life returns to a dying body. Through studying death he hopes to master it, and in mastering it will discover immortality, which is probably why he's so unafraid of harm.
Strengths: Confident, Controlling, Intelligent
Weaknesses: Hubris, Sadistic, Unsettling
Powers: Lightning
Stats
Elemental Energy: 9/10
He could easily be described as a powerhouse, he has a lot of energy
Elemental Control: 9/10
He has enough fine tuned control in order to conduct electricity through a dead dragon's body and stimulate their muscles to move and act on his will
Intelligence: 8/10
He is an exceptionally intelligent dragon, he had to be in order to become an Aeon researcher, and continues to constantly study and experiment.
Combat Ability: 5/10
Despite his overwhelming confidence he is only a little better than most dragons at claw to claw combat. He doesn't often need to fight head on preferring to make other dragons fight on his behalf or puppeteer dead bodies with electricity, however he has an uncanny resilience to pain.
