This I feel needs a bit of explanation behind it. This is a pic done by the awesome   ThatOneAceGuy here on Fa for me as a gift. This was a concept I had literally dreamed up one night. It was a new Pokémon movie coming out that focused on like, a waterfall with spikes coming out of it and featured this exact Primarina.

In a feverish sweat I drew a very crude doodle of it, and Ace turned that into the pic included here!

I dunno if I'll make her an OC or anything, but I figured she was more than worthy to be posted here. If you have any ideas on how I could characterize her, or even what to call her outside of "Dreamarina", let me know below!
