Born of Japanese and Chinese nationality, Animus spent six years on the run with his mom and dad. After a tragic event that separated him from his parents, he was adopted by a Chinese Warrior that tried to save him and his family. Thanks to their guidance and training, Animus learned to wield a sword and understand the importance of fighting to prevent bloodshed and preserve peace. However, upon reaching adulthood, he was force to serve the empire. Thanks to his closest friend, Shigeru, he escapes the empire and is now committed to finding his mother and forming an army to rebel against the empire before the East continent is destroyed by war.
