This was really just an in between stage from his more bird-like form and Human form, but he mastered stopping the transformation process halfway through

He is called Taima Sahale which is prolly really butchered for Thunder Falcon.
He is the guardian of a fantasy modern day national park of which I have not named yet. This is the (other) form that normal animals and other creatures see, but regular humans would only see a small red-tailed hawk unless he let them see this form

When human and transforming to this stage he has to undress first or his clothes either break or bind him (depending on the material and quality). He can sometimes get away with pants but it is uncomfortable to walk completely upright with his "bird" legs straight

As stated he has a human form but I haven't gotten to designing it out yet. I tried at one point but it was really bad. Otherwise he goes as Taylor Samules when human b/c he didn't feel like being creative.

His age is unknown but probably in his mid 20s. He's not immortal or anything like that and will likely only live slightly longer than the average human. His name/title of Thunder Falcon was passed down in the family to make it seem like the "guardian" of the forest and mountains was a long lived spirit entity.
