New character I made months ago but had been too busy and lazy to finish until now

So before i fell asleep one night i thought of this guy and this guy in another form which will also be uploaded. His design is based off of Red-Tailed Hawks which was likely inspired by the red-tailed hawk I saw and took many pictures of on campus during a ropes course. His design also incorporates some phoenix designs in the tail that i used in the phoenix tattoo design i made a while back

I know the feather shapes are wrong but when i drew this i didn't have any refs with me and such.

He is called Taima Sahale which is prolly really butchered for Thunder Falcon.
He is the guardian of a fantasy modern day national park of which I have not named yet. This is the form that normal animals and other creatures see, but regular humans would only see a small red-tailed hawk unless he let them see this form
