I approve of magician designs that also feature jester motifs. It just works so well for some reason!

I didn't even consider that was a jester motif here! But I suppose it is. Jesters and magicians are both eccentric weirdos who try to entertain or distract with silly tricks.

I love the designs of both of them and you draw birds exceptionally well. She's beautiful.
Apparently the Magician is also happy with her company and is really out to show her a good time.
Also the pinecone seems to sticking to the shadows in this so it's probably just as happy to enjoy their being happy or so I would assume. Pinecones are strange creatures unto themselves.

I am glad if the bird components work! I do not draw many humanoid ones, and when drawing other people's characters sometimes I count on them to notice if something looks correct and I may simply stop thinking about it and forget to check for myself, as I did here. I also did not think to include a pine cone until late in the process so I merely referenced one in a background element, and then I forgot about the background! I suspect you may have been looking at the bird person's one visible hand. I tried to make it look more hand-like after the initial upload, though do let me know if you saw a different cone-like shape elsewhere. Maybe I have finally reached the point where I add them subconsciously.

Yes the pinecone I was referring to was right at the curl of the bird person's left ting at the right of the image. It's a nice teal greenish color so it stands out against her orange feathers. :D
