Works for a few reasons.
Number 1 warmth.
Number 2 it makes it harder for predators to swallow you.
When sleeping separate its easier to be picked off.
Also human micros are always at the center of any sleeping pile.
Since they dont have the gift of fur like his friends do.
I kinda wana know what its like to use a McDonald's napkin & gum wrapper as a blanket...
