I usually like to provide the story first then add my thoughts afterwards but I feel I should explain this first. This is a continuation of my last Mothim piece but obviously now there’s a Beautifly instead of a combee. Honestly I was going to use her but honestly I felt a Pokemon with limbs besides wings would be more fun. So I chose a Beautifly and I like her more than the combee. Sure a combee selling honey makes more sense than a beautifly but who cares. So just pretend that the first had the Beautifly instead and that this is a sequel to it. I might eventually go back put Beautifly in the previous one and upload it to scraps. Oh and her name is Rose but I still haven’t thought of name for Mothim so for now he’s just Mothim. That was a long way to explain that I just felt like swapping a character’s species so now onto the fun part!

After eating so much honey from Rose’s honey stand Mothim became too fat to fly. Being as oblivious as he is, he assumes he must have sprained his wing from flying too much. He asks Rose if it ok for him to stay at her place until his wing “heals” which she is more than happy to accept. It might not be a real date but with how nervous she is to ask him out and how oblivious he is to how she feels, this is the closest she’ll get for now.
