The Rig'Glakk is a bug native to the continent of Navia. It scurries around in the undergrowth for edible tidbits, mostly fungi. It uses its pincers to fight off predators and to manipulate food, choosing only the higher-quality pieces. While mature Rig'Glakks are selective eaters, their larvae are not picky at all, serving as the main detritivores of the continent and a staple food for many small birds and mammals.

Both the larvae and the adults embody the saying: "It ain't easy being green"... which should be closer to "It ain't easy being delicious" (at least from a birds-eye view).
