Luna would have some pointed commentary about this mess. Aysu-jou, for all she is one of the most powerdul kami in the world, just has a job to do.
For Roko-san, it's a bittersweet treat to see such a god in action.
Give Suzucon-sama credit. He may be enigmatic and perhaps deeply evil, but he's quite Wicked Cultured. The bonsai tree, the small lantern, the view out over the sea. You wonder if he comes there sometimes, just to commune.

Well, his "base" is actually a giant Shinto shrine, filled with art he probably created himself. The tiny tree near the observation platform, for example, is a bonsai tree. That's an art form that dates back to the 7th Century, but only started becoming mainstream in the 1800s. Now a lot of Western folks practice the art form as well. The art of shaping and trimming a bonsai tree is consider a popular Zen activity, perfect for, say, a bored kami. Suzucon-sama has been biding his time on his island for a long time...
