Julius has never really been into Halloween as a holiday, all those costumed kids running up and down the street, constantly ringing his doorbell despite not having candy, and those ugly decorations... It seems like a local witch has taken issue with him never being in the Halloween spirit, so a curse was placed on him! Every September his head begins to puff up, turning a bright orange as his mouth forms into an ominous rubbery grin... If he won't enjoy Halloween willingly, then he'll be forced to get with the program~
