I think people might be uncertain of my weird muscle definition, or maybe they just prefer visible toes to shoes, and would have preferred that I retain the previous style. Which i DID initially but it didn't work for me and I switched it early-to-midway through. The pine cone is foolish but it generally errs on the side of nature, and would not become involved in such an argument.
