Well the designers they got on board for portal 2 previously made a game called "Tag: The power of paint" and it had an adhesive paint in it. Basically it meant you could climb walls, walk under platforms, pretty much anything, so by the end of the game it was extreme vertigo.

i want to try that game sometime if it is available. i heard about it in the developers commentary. i also want to try out narbacular drop.

I've not played Tag yet but Narbacular Drop is quite fun with a quite different play style to Portal thanks to significantly different mechanics.

Oh.

Well Aperture Science is suing valve because of the same name, and a very similar logo.

Valve also put a giant Glados statue in their parking lot.

Also, an interesting note: Portal 2 came out on my 18th birthday
