Ms. Aud has been in touch with us a few times about our procedures and how we do things. After a few exchanges, she visited us, eager to participate in the tour and meet with our staff. She showed an interest in wanting to help the clients she met and getting (perhaps a little too) hands-on with some of our chemicals. We even had to give her a lab coat just to prevent her getting anything on her clothes. Ms. Aud seems really enthusiastic about our work and as such I'm sure this isn't the last time we'll be seeing her...
