Vin has been rude to divers recently with the underwater painting incident yesterday.
Therefore, the diving organisation has given a tasked to capture him. Out of all the divers they choose Minp, the least capable, unlicensed and can drown even in a puddle all because he is a friend of that shark.
Somehow, the task were carried out successfully. The shark will be put on a custody for re-evaluation on diving ethics.
As for Minp, he can finally tested his new shiny wetsuit and flippers. Lots of money he spend on those gears. His old suits are all dirty and worn out.
