For those who don't understand...
North American Fur is shutting down... It is a publication that both Bucky and I are in.
BLANK pages are fill in the blanks for when submissions don't end in an even number.
So if I were to send in 5 pages, they would need a 6th page to make it even, so a BLANK page would go in.
