From what I can gues, it looks like as if the green parts were suppose to be the grass/trees/bushes/, correct? If so, it looks like as if a scenery of a plain is blurry. At least that's how I interpret the unfinished piece.

Actually, it's a sunset, the white bits were supposed to be the trees and scenery.
But your way of looking at it is fine too. :V
