Wasn't happy with the last Sparky redesign I did earlier this year so I did another one

Like I said before I don't feel I changed TOO much about his canon design- just gave him the more proper baby proportions for a still relatively freshly-hatched dragon, made his spines more blunt/round as they have yet to grow in, and I'm still sticking to G4's lore that dragons don't grow their wings in until they molt (with Spike still being alive in G5 I still don't believe dragons would have evolved that quickly that baby dragons can be born with wings now)
