Despite the dangers of climbing into a lion’s mouth, Agatha always makes sure to do a deep inspection every month to make sure everything is nice and healthy! She checks my teeth for cavities, makes sure my gums are healthy, and checks my throat for signs of illness! Which I don’t mind, but ugh… why does she have to taste so good? I can’t keep puking up my vet every time my intrusive thoughts win!

I suppose for an oral exam it WOULD make a bit more sense to go with a good-tasting examiner, like when the dentist asks what flavor fluoride paste you want or whatever, even if it does lead to...accidents. The irony of that being that throwing up is bad for your teeth, leading to an increased need for exams!
