Theo, who had been driven mad by Anubis when he found out what John had done, was even angrier.
“Is he a complete asshole?!” he growled when Luis told him everything that evening. “Did the spell take away the last of his brains?!”
“We can't understand him,” sighed the stag.
“What are we supposed to do? It's like John's messing with us!” couldn't stop being pissed off Theo couldn't stop being pissed off. Louis was quiet for a moment, and then his eyes widened.
“He couldn't bring himself to go to Blizzard after last night's fight!” he exclaimed. Theo's red eyes flashed furiously.
“A quarrel is a quarrel, and you can't hide something like that,” he hissed. “Especially this wolf is the sweetest wolf in the world.”
“And he'll forgive John anyway,” Louis sighed.
Meanwhile, John was standing around the corner and heard everything.
“No guys, one day even Blizzard will run out of patience,” he said, feeling very guilty and not knowing how to admit to his friend that he couldn't control himself.
