Meet Mel an artist that likes to cause some trouble for the locals. her work looks great but are often in locations that seem out of place. Police find her work most annoying but it does show some truth to certain criminals.

This character is still being worked on but I'm hoping to do more with her. Also thank you to https://x.com/VanillaBeanGoat/media for doing this. funny enough she was going to be Leana's sister and a new design for Dot but I think she would work best as her own character. still deciding on making either neutral or chaotic neutral since she is helping locals but causing some property damages and such.
